1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, using, or registering for StablecoinPe ("the Service," "Platform," or "we"), you ("User," "you," or "your") expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StablecoinPe. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service and may not access or use any portion of the Platform.

Your continued use of the Service following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Service Description and Intended Use

StablecoinPe is a specialized enterprise-grade platform designed exclusively for legitimate business purposes related to stablecoin transaction management, wallet operations, and organizational blockchain infrastructure. The Service is intended solely for:

• Legitimate business-to-business (B2B) transactions and bill management
• Organizational wallet management and transaction monitoring
• Compliance with applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructure management

PROHIBITED USES: The Service is expressly NOT intended for personal use, speculative trading, gambling, or any activities that violate applicable laws or regulations. Any use of the Service for purposes other than legitimate business transactions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

3. Intellectual Property Rights and Ownership

Platform Ownership: The Service, including but not limited to all software, algorithms, code, designs, graphics, text, images, audio, video, interfaces, and other content (collectively, "Platform Content"), is owned exclusively by StablecoinPe and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

License Grant: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for its intended business purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
• Create derivative works based on the Service or Platform Content
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the Service for any unauthorized commercial purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

User Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

4. User Responsibilities and Representations

You represent, warrant, and covenant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are using the Service on behalf of a legitimate business entity
• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current
• You will maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
• You will not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Risks and Disclaimers

Inherent Risks: You expressly acknowledge and accept the following risks associated with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency transactions:

• Irreversibility: Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed on the blockchain
• Network Risks: Blockchain networks may experience congestion, delays, forks, or complete failures
• Volatility: Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and can fluctuate significantly in short periods
• Regulatory Risks: Cryptocurrency regulations are evolving and may change unexpectedly
• Technical Risks: Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities that could result in loss of funds
• Market Risks: Cryptocurrency markets are subject to manipulation and may not reflect true market conditions

6. Prohibited Activities and Acceptable Use Policy

You expressly agree NOT to use the Service for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud
• Speculative trading, gambling, or any form of financial speculation
• Personal use or consumer transactions (the Service is for business use only)
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts

Compliance Requirements: You must comply with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), and other regulatory requirements. We reserve the right to report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.

• We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data or transactions
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your private keys and wallet credentials
• We will never request your private keys, seed phrases, or other sensitive credentials
• You should use additional security measures such as two-factor authentication

Data Protection: Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STABLECOINPE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StablecoinPe, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Service or violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to the Service
• Your failure to maintain the security of your account

10. Account Termination and Suspension

We may terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or our Privacy Policy
• Engagement in prohibited activities
• Provision of false or misleading information
• Failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations
• Engagement in activities that could harm the Service or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and all associated data. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
